I know SaskTel customers have been waiting very impatiently for the new BlackBerry devices. No news of when they will be released yet. The BlackBerry Torch 9860 and Curve 9360 is currently being listed as “Coming Soon!”. However, they’ve already listed the prices for it, so it’s just a matter of weeks until it becomes available. The Torch 9860 will be available for $549 outright or $129 on a 3-year contract. The Curve 9360 will be available for $349 outright and as low as $49 on a 3-year contract. We’ll keep you posted about the release dates of these two babies, when we find out.

Sprint announces today, from their press release, that they will release the new BlackBerry Curve 9350 on Friday, September 9th. The smartphone will be equipped with the latest BlackBerry operating system – BlackBerry 7. This new baby will cost just $79.99 (not including taxes) with a new line or eligible upgrade and two-year service agreement, after a $50 mail-in rebate via reward card and be available in all Sprint sales channels, including Sprint Stores, Business Sales, Telesales (1-800-SPRINT1) and web sales (www.sprint.com).

Also, Sprint Business customers may qualify to get BlackBerry Curve 9350 for $49.99 on a business account with a new line or eligible upgrade and new one- or two-year service agreement, after a $50 mail-in rebate via reward card. Check out the full press release below:

RIM just announced yesterday that they are going to be adding the BlackBerry Curve 9350, 9360 and 9370 to the all new BlackBerry 7 family. The new BlackBerry Curve smartphones will be available in Canada this month and via carriers in selected countries around the world beginning in September. Virgin Mobile customers are in luck, they will be able to get their BlackBerry Curve 9360 on August 29th; 2 weeks before T-Mobile customers. There are rumors about how much it’s going to cost, but it’s most likely going to be $300-$350 outright. The Curve 9360 runs BlackBerry 7 OS, has a full QWERTY keyboard, and 5 megapixel camera.

We’ve been hearing a lot of news about the BlackBerry Torch 9860, but we know that it’s going to be released very soon. It is said to be some time this month. Dummy devices have already arrived at Rogers Wireless, so it’s just a matter of days when the phone is available. From our sources, we now have more information about the Torch 9860. The price of the smartphone ranges from the no contract at $524.99 to a 3-year promo offer at $199.99.

Rogers states that “The BlackBerry Torch 9860 smartphone fuses all the power of BlackBerry with the thrill of the all-touch, Liquid Graphics design. So like you, it’s ready to work hard all day and still break free for fun”. Stay tuned to us and we’ll let you know when exactly it will be released.

Earlier we’ve talked about the BlackBerry Curve 9360, but don’t know when it’s going to be released. Finally, today we have news that it should be arriving T-Mobile by September 14th; another sleek BlackBerry smartphone coming to the market. The new Curve 9360 comes with a 2.44-inch screen (resolution of 480 x 360), QWERTY keyboard, 800Mhz processor, BlackBerry 7 OS, 5 megapixel camera and Wi-Fi. No pricing has been revealed yet but we’ll keep you updated.
