Whenever you go anywhere, you always want to have a guide with yourself to direct the correct route. However, it is not possible to carry a person along with you, who will direct you. 3DVU has given a thought to such problems and has made an application Navi2Go v0.44. With the presence of this application, you can access such data anytime, as it will be always with you on your BlackBerry handset.

This application is a 3D navigator giving you fine aerial pictures with landscape altitudes of the whole country helping you out with your navigation. The main noticeable factor is its high resolution, which gives you a clear view. With the help of this application, you can follow the map over incessant metaphors. No other application will give you voice guidance.

Locate Yourself
There are many cases where it happens that you do not exactly know the place you are. Navi2Go will help you out in locating your position. You can read the 3D image and come to know about your location.

Unearth the address
Wherever you want to go, you can find the house by making a search using this application. It will guide you with proper landmarks, turn by turn roads and tracks. Even you can have a foretaste of the address before starting, if you have a particular address with you. You can search the place by some keywords, name or some landmarks.

Minimum Requirements
Navi2Go v0.44 software can be installed in your BlackBerry handset, if it fulfills some basic requirements. These requirements vary from place to place where you want to access this service. This service can be activated in three time slots; for three months or for six months or for one year.

If you are activating Navi2Go application in your mobile phone for three months in US, UK, Germany or Netherlands, you should be in Al Fresco while using GPS service and must be having internet connection in your mobile that can be used via 3G cellular networks. If you want to activate it for six months in US and UK or annually in US, you need an internal or external GPS present in your handset along with internet connection. This can be connected with Bluetooth. While using GPS features, it should be in ‘ON’ position in your handset. It requires 3G cellular network connection along with 32 MB memory when used in UK annually basis.

Navi2Go v0.44 will be installed in such a BlackBerry handset, which will have operating system v4.3 or later and a minimum dimension of 240 x 260. You can get the guide within the control of yourself at a mere price of $39.00, which is worthy to have because of its exclusive feature.

Global positioning systems are taking over the way people travel these days, with accurate mapping and turn by turn directions on offer they promise to get you to your destination in the fastest way possible. These systems however involve a good amount of capital cost and thereby make it usable only for the upper class. But now there is a change that has come about with the release of affordable and efficient range of GPS devices. Taking this one step further would be the introduction of GPS in mobile phones which is what Garmin has done.

Garmin is a GPS manufacturer that is based in UK and is known for its range of in car sat nav systems and hand held GPS systems. The latest avatar of the GPS technology has found its way into Blackberry phones that have or may not have built-in GPS receivers. This system allows the GPS to be used with utmost ease and also does not allow the need for the user to by carrying around the GPS receiver if it is built into the phone. The GPS system incorporated into these phones is in no means a compromised application as it features all the applications that are available commercially with the Garmin full fledged Hand held GPS devices. There is step by step instructions addressing the move that has to be made by the driver depending on the location he wants to reach The system also uses live map data from the Internet so that we can get access to points of interest and also get information about spoken addresses etc. There is dynamic content that is streamed live to the blackberry device that helps to keep the driver abreast of changing weather conditions along with traffic congestion information, live flight schedules, lowest fuel prices etc. There is also access to Google using the application where once can find places of interest simply by typing the name out on the search engine interface. The main advantage with Garmin’s state of the art application is that the application can be used on both inbuilt GPS blackberrys as well as ones without GPS as the plan of the application comes along with a GPS receiver that is capable of interacting with live data from the satellites and co-ordinating it with the blackberry phone.

Garmin’s latest creation promises to change the way people use positioning information in more sophisticated and more efficient ways.
