The Philippine BlackBerry Developers’ Group organized the 2nd PinoyBBDev Hackathon 2012 aimed at creating awareness on various technologies in developing applications for BlackBerry, showcasing the Filipino talent, and increasing Filipino-made applications. Five teams stood out from the rest, all focusing on technologies supported by BlackBerry PlayBook and BlackBerry 10, the upcoming operating system for the new generation of BlackBerry devices.
