You’re typing out a sales proposal and your BlackBerry buzzes with a message from your colleague in Paris. The boss walks by calling a meeting, and you still have 20 e-mails waiting to be answered. That’s on top of the 150 unread items in your RSS news aggregator and the 25 Twitter updates flashing at the corner of your monitor.
