RIM delays launch of 3G Blackberry

Research in Motion (RIM) will reportedly be delaying the launch of its much hyped 3G Blackberry phone. RIM is developing a touch screen, 3G-capable Blackberry designed device to compete with Apple’s iPhone. The launch of RIM’s Blackberry 8900 or “Meteor” has been delayed from June to August. Apple was said to unveil a new 3G version of the iPhone in June.
