No New BlackBerry Applications Today!
It seems RIM’s code signature signing servers have some problems. If a developer builds a new BlackBerry application that accesses a secure API part of the BlackBerry API, the final application needs to be signed to ensure the source of the application. To sign an application you need to connect to a server of RIM which contains keys and signatures, and also verifies that you are allowed to sign an application. Technically this is a good idea, but it seems RIM’s server is down. At least the one that is responsible for the “Crypto API” signing. See the screenshots below:

So it seems there will not be any new applications signed today. Anyway, you can find working and already signed applications in our BlackBerryInsight Software Store!
