BlackBerry as a modem on Mac OS X
Apple must have delivered a new BlackBerry driver with the latest software update for Mac OS X Leopard. Some days ago when I connected my BlackBerry Curve to my desktop computer I saw a new device in my Network Preferences. It seems to be now available by default to use the BlackBerry as modem and bring its internet / network capability to a Mac.
As you can see below, there are a lot of settings that can be adjusted in here. It is highly configurable and the BlackBerry works just like a common modem. Remembers me to the days 15 years back when I got my first modem
