Imho: entering the IMEI of my BlackBerry is some kind of overkill. Anyway, obtaining this is not that difficult - even though one of the preferred method of removing the BlackBerry’s battery is really crap! Do you guys at RIM actually know how long a BlackBerry takes to reboot?
