As you can see we have placed a link on the right bar to the VoIP program BBCalls. As we have already reported about that program which is in version 1.0 available for months - we think this link is placed well there. Just for your convenience.
If you don’t remember what BBCalls is actually doing: It is a program that plugs into your BlackBerry OS on your handheld and you will see a “Jajah Call” option in the menu of every contact in your address book. By pressing this “Jajah Call” option your phone call will not be initiated by your phone directly. This command will invoke the BlackBerry’s browser to open the Jajah site and your call will be initated by the free Jajah service. Your phone rings, you pick it up, a sexy female voice tells you that your contact’s phone will ring and you just need to wait until he picks it up. The phone call itself is just initated by the internet. The actual call uses the normal phone time (air time). It does not use “real” VoIP like you might know from Skype.
